Ten Reasons Why Tekken Movie Sucks!!!

Okay, i've watched the Tekken Movie, it SUCKS!!!! seriously, that's one of the worst adaptions i've ever saw. and here i'll list down 10 reasons why it sucks!

1. Heihachi is good guy? that's stupid
2. Kazuya has beard. (wth!?)
3. Raven's not a ninja...
4. Dragunov smiles
5. Steve fox looks older than nina(his mom)
6. nina and anna are on a good term? ==.
7. Jin was born coz Jun was raped by Kazuya ==""!! it should hve been because of the love affair of those two
8. Marshall is not using jeet kune do
9. Chrytine is not using capoeira
10 it's totally, completely out of the original story!

even the original tekken staffs says the movie sucks, they weren't even allowed to supervise the making of the movie

continue the list if u wanted to...

The Sorcerer's Apprentice Review ;)

Orite, i'm going to write a review about the last movie I've watched, The Sorcerer's Apprentice....

before i start, here's the plot summary of the story

Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can't do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. It'll take all the courage Dave can muster to survive his training, save the city and get the girl as he becomes The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

generally, the movie has a very good graphic, n the science meet magic theory is somewhat cool. it's also funny in terms of the dialogue, u're gonna hear people laugh a lot when u watch it in the cinema. n the soundtrack in the movie is nice too ;)

the bad is, the move(magic) of the sorcerer look much like Dragon Ball, seriously...well that's the 1st impression i got when i watch the movie...

neway, it's a nice movie and i recommend it to all of u...enjoy! ;)

So long, Onemanga ;'(

Onemanga has announced that they will shut down the site by next week, with all the contents removed, sad...
The manga publishers are doing their best to shut down the manga scanlation sites now, and onemanga was one of them.
what a sad news for all the manga readers, it had been with us for years, providing it's best service for us every single days with new updates and scanlations. but the founder says that he wanted to respect the copyright of the manga publishers and shut down the site, so should us to respect his decision.
So long Onemanga, though u're gone, u will stay in our memories ;'(

Before dinner snake killing XD

Whew, i killed a snake before dinner just now. i beat it, i stepped on it, baru la tu ular mati. pnya susah tu mo kc mati tu ular, luckily it wasn't a big one, whew.

i was helping my dad with some of his work, n My mom suddenly screamed for dad and me before the dinner. when i went down stair to see what happened, thr was this little snake, about 10cm or longer. apalagi, i took the broom stick from my mom n beat the shit out of it. but this persistent little bastard just won't die, so i took my courage n stepped on it, squeezing it under my feet, ada pakai selipar jua la haha

it finally died with its body torn into half n has everything squeezed out.

Pool for Beginner ;)

Baru-baru ni fren2 saya telah bawa saya p main pool, but for some reasons i just can't get it rite, fault ja saya masa main tu, huhu. N this is something i found for beginner player, i think it's kinda useful ;)

01. Find a cue that has a comfortable weight. Too heavy and your arm will tire and less accurately wield the cue over time. Too light and you will not have the momentum of the cue helping to strike the Cue ball firmly. Many house cues are damaged or warped due to cheap materials and inconsiderate people using them. Examine the tip. Find one that is slightly domed in shape, not too worn down and is firmly attached to the ferrule (the white piece under the tip). Also ensure that the ferrule is not loose. If any of these pieces are loose or improperly glued it will serve to absorb some of the energy that you want to transfer to the cue ball and you will not get a nice solid hit when striking the ball.

02. Chalk the cue tip before every shot. The Blue cube shaped chalk usually sitting around the edge of the table. Don't twist it onto the top of the cue, use more of a painting type motion. Remember, chalk the cue, don't cue the chalk!

03. Keep proper form. If you're right-handed, hold the thick end of the cue in your right hand. Find the spot where when holding the cue with your right hand palm up, the cue is evenly balanced. Then hold it about an inch behind that spot. There are many ways that people hold the front end of the cue for support. Yes there is a correct way, but in the beginning try to do what is comfortable for you. You will learn why there is a correct way over time. Hint: accuracy. The proper way is to make a circle with your left thumb and index finger. Put the cue through the circle and rest it on the top of your middle finger, behind the knuckle. Spread out your pinky, ring and middle finger tips to create a tripod like support. The ridge of your hand should be on the table and the thumb side of your hand should be lifted a bit higher. Now you have a stable support and the cue cannot go flying up left or right when you stroke the cue.

04. Get in the proper stance. Your left foot should be forward and your right foot back about 2 feet with your body slightly twisted to the left so it does not interfere with the cue stroke. Don’t stand too close to the table, depending on the shot you’re taking, lean into it a bit.

05. Practice your stroke and form without hitting any balls at first. Your stroke should be approximately 4 to 6 inches. Make sure that your right arm is swinging from the elbow down only with the part of your arm from your shoulder to your elbow parallel to the floor. Watch the cue as you stroke and avoid the See Saw effect. This happens when you drop your elbow during the stroke and will cause you to lose accuracy and hit the Cue ball in the wrong spot.

07. Focus on the proper hit. As a beginner, don't waste time trying to make the ball "follow" or "draw" after hitting the cue ball. Every little extra thing you try to do will adversely effect your accuracy. Just hit the cue in the middle. Before every single shot you should take 2 or 3 practice strokes and then follow through. If you want to get fancy, you can hit the cue slightly above center to make the cue ball follow the ball you just hit or slightly lower than center to make the cue ball stop or actually spin back toward you after hitting the ball. Hitting the cue to the left or right of center is called " English " and will cause the object balls trajectory to be augmented in one direction or another. Not for beginners, stick to the center of the Cue Ball.

08. Imagine a ring around the center height of the balls. When you think of the point at which the cue ball and the object ball makes contact in a 2 dimensional way it will be easier for you to figure out the correct angles when trying to sink the ball. Also remember your cue ball will deflect off of the ball you just hit at approximately 90 degrees. Careful not to sink it as well. You want the white ball to stay up.

09. For an accurate shot, imagine the ball you want to sink into the pocket (8 ball for example) and draw a mental image of the exact line from the pocket to the point on the ball at which it would require to be hit in order to go in that pocket. Remember that point. Now imagine the cue ball right next to the object ball, touching at that point. HERE IS THE REAL TRICK: Draw a mental line from the real cue ball to the center of the imagined cue ball. That is the exact line you have to hit the ball at in order for it to go in. Focus aiming the end of your pool stick in a straight line towards that imaginary cue ball. Go play.

apa lagi, cepatlah p main! try it out yourself ;)

It's Orientation, we call it Minggu Suai Mesra :)

Orites! new updates. This time, UMS orientation week, or we call it the Minggu Suai Mesra.
Starting from 4th till 12th July. Generally, the orientation was ok. We have free foods and drinks, 6 meals a day. We are given enough rest for the activities, except for the rehearsal of Majlis Aku Janji, we rehearsed till 12am :(
The only problem with the orientation is the management, for example, we changes seat every day in DC, sometimes at the front, sometimes at back, very confusing, and the boys and girls are seperated :(
And the speeches are mostly boring, some were funny though, haha
The Riadah was actually quite fun, I can see that most who went enjoyed it, I ENJOYED it, haha
maybe it's bcoz it's held at nite, so there's no hot sunshine n ppl were less frustrated.
Compare to the orientation week we had in LMC, labuan matriculation college, this orientation is much, much better. back then, we don't get to have dinner for three nites! seriously. there's no chair in the hall, n we had to sit on the floor for HOURS listening to some speeches.

orites, here are some photos,

North Korean ultimate defeats...

One of today Fifa football match was Portugal VS North Korea. The match ended with a disastrous defeat for the North Korea with 7-0. The Portugal scored 1 goal in the 1st half and 6 goals in the 2nd half. The Portugal's stars, Cristiano Ronaldo kicked in the last goal the 87th minutes, declaring the defeats for North Korea.

* RAUL MEIRELES (29')
* SIMAO (53')
* HUGO ALMEIDA (56')
* TIAGO (60', 89')
* LIEDSON (81')
* CRISTIANO RONALDO (87')

Cristiono Ronaldo - just before he kick in the last goal for the Portugal

Actually, it's kinda sad to watch this match. The North Korean was completely crushed under Portugal. My Dad told me that the football player of the North Korean only earning about RM2 per month n that's only RM24 a year. He also said that(which he read in news paper) the North Korea players shared money to a bottle of Coke to share between all of them during the a match in year 2000, even the China team's coach teared watching them T-T.

If you can read chinese, this an article I found that tells about the North Korea team...

This post was actually taken from my last blog, wanna move them all to here, haha. well it's only a little of them...

Some point in our life, we’ll have to make some really important decision, one that will determine the route in our life. We’ll have to pick one and leave one, there can only be one. And now I’m at that point, choosing the course I should take in university; Civil or Mechanical Engineering. It is such a headache coz both have their pros and cons, and I kinda interested in both ;(. I like building stuff but I like machines too. damn…

But I think I’ll go with Mechanical engineering in the end. Maybe it’s just I like machine better…….

This kinda remind me of one of the poem we learnt during form 5,

The Road Not Taken – Robert Lee Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Love Triangle

The Love Triangle in this post isn’t about the triangle relationship between the boys and girls. What I meant the this Love Triangle are three elements that bonded strongly to each other and makes up “Love” ; Understanding, Respect and Accept.

It is a very simple concept,

When we want to love a person, we need to understand that person. Understand about who that person is, what is he or she doing, what does that person think and so on. We need to deepen ourselves regarding what we know from the surface. For example, a person’s personality and the reasons behind their action. Also, we cannot map a person using another person’s personality for every people are different.

As I said just now, every people are different and what they know may not be what we know. Sometimes, a person may think differently from us, but we need to respect them for they have their right to do so.

Accept that person’s past, present and future. Accepting is a way for us to show that person our understanding and respect if we truly love that person.

Without understanding, we won’t respect and accept. Without respect, we won’t be able to understand and accept. Unable accept, then we won’t understand and respect. That is why I said that these three elements that makes up love are bonded strongly to each other.

If we truly loves a person, we need to understand a person, then we’ll be able to respect that person for who he or she is, and what he or she does and accept for what that person was, is and will be.

Wow!

It's been ages since I log in to my blogspot account and I was like 'Wow!'
